Phnom Penh Blazing Trails


The team at Blazing Trails in Cambodia will bring you to parts of the country where the old ways of life remain unchanged. You will drive yourself on our automatic ATV quad bikes that are built to travel safety on all terrains. (Motorbikes are available on request)

Drive yourself on our automatic ATV Quad bikes (Polaris 330 TrailBoss) that are built to travel safely on all terrains. Enjoy the stunning landscapes that open up before your eyes as you pass the rice fields, the forest, and go through the villages.

Blazing Trails to Killing Fields & villages

Daily departures at 7:30am and 12:30pm. Visit of the Killing Fields**, the mass graves of the S21 prison during Pol Pot’s regime. After the visit, we will take you on a scenic easy ride through several typical Cambodian villages, paddy fields and country roads. Duration 2 hours.

Blazing Trails to Sunset Tour 

Pick up from your hotel at 4:00pm. You will drive for about 90 mns along country roads, passing paddies, bridges and pagodas before stopping to enjoy the sunset along the river with a fresh coconut. Remember to bring a camera: you don’t want to forget this moment! It is possible to combine this tour with the visit of the Killing Fields  30$ (+15$ with a passenger). During the rainy season (May – October), it may rain on the end of afternoon. If you don’t like « wet weather », it is recommended to choose an other tour.

Blazing Trails to The River Life

Pick up on morning at 7:30am; or on afternoon at 12:30pm. On this half-day tour, you will start by visiting the infamous Killing Fields** Memorial. Then, with the quads, our guides will show you the isolated villages and pagodas along the Prek Thnot River. You will drive across the forest to see the bananas and mangos plantation and go to the Kampong Kdol pagoda known for its statue representing the Buddha’s life. Come and join us on the most adventurous and educational tour -You can  also combine the River Life and the Sunset   75$ (+37,5$ with a passenger*).

The Total Adventure

Pick up from 7:00am daily – Enjoy the new dawn and discover Cambodia as it really is! An “All Inclusive”expedition  with professional guides exploring the unspoiled country side around Phnom Penh! See breathtaking landscape while going through back country roads. Crossing the forest, unusual bridges and streams, visit small colorful villages and have a first hand experience with the local people. See their life in their typical home. this tour INCLUDES a local style lunch served by the Tonlé Bati Lakeside  where we also explore an Angkorian-Era temples. After lunch the tour continues to the Phnom Tamao Wildlife Sanctuary where homes are given to animals confiscated from illegal traffickers or saved from poachers. Back  home, visit the Killing Fields**. 5:30pm, return to Phnom Penh.

*Maximum 130kg per quad bike.

**If you would like to take the Audio Tour, you will have to add 3$ directly at the Killing Fields Memorial. Those who don’t wish to visit the Killing Fields will have even more time to enjoy driving the quads.

-We are open 365 days per year in all weather conditions, indeed the wet weather often provides extra excitement and adventure.

-You can also bring anything you think can be useful for the children who live in the villages: clothes, toys, books, color pencils, soaps… etc… (old or new) and we will distribute it on the way. Thank you
